The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the pancakes at breakfast. The elevator made a loud bang and didn't feel reliable. Close to a nice golf course, which was a plus.

With its easy access off the highway, I found this hotel to be perfectly situated for exploring Brunswick, as it's within a short driving distance to both Saint Simons Island and Jekyll Island, plus there's a fantastic restaurant just a few steps away from the property, and I loved the friendly staff who genuinely cared about our comfort; the room itself was spacious and clean, with good shower pressure and a nice breakfast area featuring a great selection of coffee, but I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room we stayed in that could be improved.

Check-in was a breeze, and my room was super spacious with comfy beds and a powerful shower. The breakfast experience was elevated by Sarah's great service and those delicious blueberry muffins. I loved chilling by the outdoor pool with beach umbrellas and enjoying the good vibes!

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the in-room safe, large enough for a laptop. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water added to the experience. the TV was small, and the remote didn't work, which was inconvenient. Noise levels were excellent overnight, ensuring a peaceful rest. While the room was clean, some areas showed signs of aging, like rust around fixtures. The air freshener was a bit overpowering. the amenities provided a decent experience for an overnight stay, though extended visits may not be as comfortable.

The room was mostly clean and spacious with comfortable beds and great USB ports, but the mildew smell and some wear showed it needed attention. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of options and attentive staff. not all staff were consistent; we faced issues with a non-working TV and a slow shower. The check-in experience was smooth and accommodating, especially for our elderly companion. Location was convenient with ample parking, but the pool was closed and the vending machines had hiccups. A mixed bag—promising, yet needing a little more care to reach its full potential.

I was really frustrated with the customer service. The staff was not only unhelpful but rude, too. They made me feel uncomfortable, especially when the housekeeper barged into the room while I was getting dressed. It was just awful!

the room was really comfortable, and I especially liked the super cozy bed and spacious bathroom with disability access. The breakfast was good too, with a nice selection and a large breakfast room – plenty of space to enjoy your morning meal. there were a few things that could have been better. When I first arrived, the lobby had a strong smell of cleaners that was a bit overwhelming. The hallway on my floor was uncomfortably hot, but thankfully the room's AC worked great. I also noticed some stains in the room that looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned, which was a bit unsettling. The internet connection was almost non-existent throughout the hotel, which was frustrating. The TV volume in the room was set really high, and there were limited channels available. the room had a stale smell when I first entered, and the pillows were not very comfortable. my stay at Best Western was decent, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She provided great recommendations for local attractions and always had a positive attitude. The location was perfect for a quiet stay, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
Some minor issues were experienced during my stay. The room could have had a fresher smell, and there were a few maintenance problems, such as a non-functioning TV and a lack of hot water in the morning.

From classic green courts to funky blue and red ones, there was something for everyone. The whole family enjoyed unwinding with a fun game of tennis after a long day exploring the area.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on-site.

we stayed at best western plus and had a great experience. the location was convenient off i95 with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food and a clean dining area. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the beds were very comfortable. our room was well-kept, and the staff was helpful. the area felt safe, with dining options within walking distance. the breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the availability of a nice sized fridge and a clean room.

We hit up the cool tennis courts nearby and showed off our skills - such a rad time! The location was spot on, with awesome dining spots and places to hang out. Couldn't have asked for a better place to crash with my crew.
Wish there was a happening nightclub or dance spot nearby for some late-night partying.
